Do you know what "Carquinyolis" are?

"Carquinyolis" are tipical cookies of Catalonia but I have also seen them in other countries for example in Tuscany, Italy.

Their main ingredients are almonds, flour and sugar. It's not complicated to make them in your house only need an oven.

Last summer, we visited Tuscany, Italy and one day we had lunch in tipical restaurant in a small town. When we finished eating, they offered us some dessert cookies that they brought to us. We were surprised because this dessert was very famous in our country.

You can eat these cookies with sweet wine.
